Beautiful Mappin & Webb limited edition carriage clock repair. It has a double fusee striking mechanism with lever escapement.
The case is silver and it has a brass silvered dial.

I have laid out and labelled the parts to show the various groups of parts in this fusee carriage clock.
The escapement and movement was fully stripped and overhauled.
There was quite a lot of wear on all of the pivots which was removed by refacing them. The pin wheel on the strike, the 3rd and centre wheels were re-centred and re-bushed due to elongated bushes caused by the pivot starting to cut in to the pivot holes.
